Rock Creek Manor
provides a solid, secure, comfortable home for seniors who are no longer able to
maintain private residences. We are dedicated to providing quality care in a
home-like environment.
Ideally located several blocks from Dupont Circle and the Metro, we are close to shops, churches, and within walking distance of historic Georgetown.
When built in 1942, this structure was known as the "Scott Hotel
for Women," housing females who came to Washington to work for the war effort. After
World War II, the hotel was renamed "The Admiral" and housed students from neighboring
universities. In March 1963, the building became a retirement home.
Today, we are a totally renovated, licensed, Medicaid certified intermediate long term care facility (nursing home), known as Rock Creek Manor.
